Mixing is one of my favorite parts of recording and releasing a song. It’s when all the things I hear in my head start to take full shape and come into focus.

At this point in the journey, I’ve recorded everything and now I’m ready to grab plugins like EQ, compression, reverbs, and delays to make my song come alive. If mixing has ever confused you then hopefully this behind the scenes will shed some light on the process.
